AdvoLogix supports various options while exporting data from the billing preview.
- Export to LEDES formatted files, which supports generating individual export file for each billing party within your matters.
- Export to an Excel formatted file with the ability to export all fields or just on-screen field data.
- Export to a CSV formatted file with the ability to export all fields or just on-screen field data.
What are the billing preview export options?

File Format- Specify one of the supported file formats for your exportable data.
- LEDES - This option would generate a LEDES 1998B specification file for each billing party within your matters.
- CSV - This option would generate a comma-separated file for the data displayed in the billing preview window.
- Excel - This option would generate an Excel compatible file for the data displayed in the billing preview window.

Export- Specify which fields to export with your export data file.
- Fields on screen - This option would include data from the columns currently displayed in the billing preview window.
- All data - This option would include data from the fields for the billings.
- Enable the option for Do not mark as Exported to ensure the data being exported is not marked as exported.
- Use the action button to Download the data from the billing preview window.
